The property is centrally heated throughout with log fires in two rooms.

We have a high chair available and two of our bedrooms have cots.

Disabled Facilities |
The property is not suitable for wheelchair users because being a very old building the floors are on many different levels. However it should be suitable for the partially disabled.

Services and Amenities |
There is a regular bus service which can pick up outside the door. There is a train station at Newtown (21 miles) and Aberystwyth (19 miles). A village shop and post office is available in Llangurig and a supermarket, chemist, doctors and other shops and services are available in the nearby market town of Llanidloes (9 miles).
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. There is a No Smoking policy within the building.
